Welcome to Playful Yoga. My name is Diann Arnold. Thank you for taking time to learn about my yoga, body awareness and meditation services.
Playfully practicing yoga is fun, relaxing and brightens the atmosphere. Being playful connects us with other people and the present moment. It makes us happy. It’s also fun when you’re in some of the postures, finding your inner smile. We do yoga to leave class feeling better than when we came into class.
